Our system performs in a variety of circumstances ranging from inner city councils to county wide rural housing associations.

We started developing Choice based Lettings systems in 2001 by implementing one of the initially funded CBL projects. Since then we have been involved in a number of projects each taking the principles of choice and building practical systems that cater for the particular needs and constraints of each organisation. No two systems are identical and have to a large extent been bespoke developed.
