What is Locate?

Locate is an online tenant management system, designed specifically for the Social Housing market. By incorporating several functions into one, Locate provides a way for landlords and lettings organisations to streamline operations, save time and resources while improving customer service for their tenants.

Functions

	A nationwide homeswap scheme, using an intelligent matching engine specifically designed to increase successful exchanges.		An online repairs reporter using a customisable diagnosis function to ensure the repair is reported accurately.
	The tenant can also report any issues affecting their area, as with repairs these use a diagnosis function and with the messaging and status functions, landlord and tenant can remain in contact until the issue is resoved.		Landlords can use Locate's database of social housing tenants to advertise any vacant properties to both their existing tenants and other registered users.
	Landlords and Local Authorities can also advertise additional services on Locate.		Tenants can use the Finance section to calculate their housing and bedroom entitlement and also work out their personal budget.
	The repairs and notices reporting on the site are supported by an automatically updating calendar and diary function which helps the tenant keep track of any requests or appointments.		Locate operates on a local level so can provide information tailored for the specific area of the landlord or tenant.

Costs

Registration and the upload of up to 100 properties and 10 adverts is completely free for Social Landlords, we only charge on the upload of properties beyond that - for which you can buy tokens when registered.
